We provide the following types of inspections: Exterior Occupancy Verification, Interior Vacant Walk Through, Insurance Loss Draft, Disaster, Bankruptcy and Sale Date.

Job Summary    
This position will assist the loss draft department including both department employees and the team of independent contractors. This role is responsible for ensuring that loss draft inspections are completed in a timely manner.  As well, the role will manage the day-to-day client relationships ensuring that all questions and escalated issues are being timely addressed both with the client and with the inspectors.

 

Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred or two years of equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
  • Prior work managing inspectors.
  • Experience with national providers like Altisource, Five Brothers, MCS, ServiceLink, etc.
  • Operational knowledge in the Mortgage Field services industry.

 

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient to advanced PC Skills including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel (proficient with pivot tables), and email (Outlook, Gmail).
  • InspectorADE - Extensive back-office InspectorADE knowledge required.
  • Proficient working with numbers and calculations to evaluate costs and losses.
  • Self-starter with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change.
  • A hands-on leader who works closely with department leaders and inspectors in the field.

 


Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact Communication
    • Send out daily text to homeowners so they know the inspector’s contact information and update each of the clients of this task.
    • Update the internal records with homeowner’s telephone numbers.
    • Manage homeowner phone calls and facilitate contact with their assigned inspector to schedule appointments.

 

 

  • Inspector Communication
    • Send out communication looking for updates to appointment-based inspections.
    • Update internal tracker with appointment updates.
    • Answer Insurance Loss phone calls and texts to assist inspectors with their questions and issues.

 

  • Customer Communication
    • Assist department manager with client communication on specific insurance inspection updates.
    • Process inspector updates to either send to the client in our inspection platform or update in their third-party web portal.

 

  • Internal Dashboard
    • Keep internal inspection dashboard updated with current information from our inspection platform.
    •  Add new orders, scheduling updates and other items as needed.
    • Enter and approve appointment scheduling updates within our inspection platform from inspectors and homeowners.

 

  • Order Processing
    • Add client provided scopes to the appropriate inspections in our inspection platform.
    • Create and assign special appointment and commercial work orders as needed.

• 8 hours per day (Monday through Friday)
